Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your delivery address.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it can’t be cancelled — but you can still return it under our Returns & Refund Policy.


Delivery

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide free delivery within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man).

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, we currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

Q: When will my order arrive?
Most items are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
We also offer Next Working Day Delivery for orders placed before 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Larger or made-to-measure items may take longer — details will appear at checkout.

Q: Can you deliver to flats or apartments?
Yes, we can deliver to flats and apartment buildings.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, large carpet rolls and heavy items are delivered to the ground-floor entrance only.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only for all online purchases.
You can pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or debit/credit card via PayPal’s secure payment gateway.

Q: Is it safe to pay through PayPal?
Absolutely. All payments are processed using PayPal’s secure, encrypted system.
Your financial details are never shared with us.
All orders are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, giving you complete confidence in your purchase.

Q: When will my payment be taken?
Payment is taken immediately when you complete checkout through PayPal.
Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom-cut or made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return postage.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost or arrange collection at no charge.

Q: How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued directly to your PayPal account within 5–10 business days once we’ve received and inspected the returned goods.

Q: Do you offer carpet fitting or old carpet removal?
At this time, we do not provide fitting or removal services.
We recommend contacting a local carpet fitter or your local council for responsible disposal.
