1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
You pay in cash when your order arrives at your delivery address.
No cards, no PayPal, and no online payments are accepted.
2. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available for UK orders only.
3. Do I need the exact amount of cash for COD?
Yes. Please prepare the exact cash amount, as couriers may not carry change.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email from our delivery partner.
5. When will my order be delivered?
Orders are processed shortly after confirmation and delivered according to our standard delivery schedule.
Delivery times vary depending on your UK location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
6. What if I miss the delivery?
If you are unavailable, contact our support team to rearrange delivery.
Repeated failed deliveries or refusal to pay may result in suspension of COD privileges.
7. Do you deliver to flats or apartments?
Yes, we deliver to flats and apartments. Please ensure courier access is available.
8. How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UK is free.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your COD order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.
After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item (see below).

10. What is your return policy?
A. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Once inspected and approved, we refund the full purchase price, including return shipping if applicable.
B. Change of mind

You may return the item within 14 days, but return shipping is at your expense.

Inspections take 2–3 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after you provide your bank details.
Custom-cut, made-to-measure, or special-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
11. Who pays for return shipping?

14. Do you offer exchanges?
No. To get a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
